Terms of service

1. Provider

2. Service and deliverable

CatalogPatch converts one uploaded supplier CSV into a CSV file for creating new products in Shopify (profile legacy-products-v1). Validation, a limited preview and a fixed sample are free. The paid deliverable is a ZIP containing shopify-products.csv, validation-report.html and import-instructions.txt for the exact mapping revision you reviewed before paying.

Supported and unsupported inputs are listed on the start page. Updating existing products, inventory, migrations, XLSX and other unsupported inputs are outside the service.

3. Price and payment

The price is USD 12.00 per file, one-time, shown before upload. Payment is made via PayPal. The order becomes paid only after our server has verified the completed capture, amount, currency and recipient. Countries where checkout is available: US. 4. Access period

The paid file can be downloaded for 7 days after payment, in your browser session or with the recovery code shown at checkout. Unpaid jobs are deleted automatically (see the privacy policy).

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the files you upload and confirm you may use them. We process them only to provide the service and delete them on the stated deadlines. We do not publish them or use them for training models.

6. No affiliation, no guarantee of acceptance

CatalogPatch is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Shopify Inc. Shopify is a trademark of its owner. We validate the file against the rules we publish, but we cannot guarantee that Shopify or any third-party platform accepts a given file; import behaviour can change. Import as draft, check the sample first and verify the result in your store.

7. Support, defects and refunds

If the delivered file has a technical defect, contact us within 7 days; we fix it or refund the purchase. Refund requests are handled as described on the refunds page. These commitments do not limit your statutory rights.

8. Immediate delivery

Where a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content applies, you are asked at checkout to expressly request immediate delivery and to acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the download is made available. 9. Acceptable use and termination

Do not upload content you are not allowed to process, attempt to circumvent limits or access other users' jobs. We may suspend abusive use. You can end use at any time by deleting your job.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the affected file. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Applicable law
